Farmhouse La Vecchia Quercia – Grumento

La Old Oak is a family-run agritourism company born from the renovation of the old ruin located in an area of special natural interest, on the borders of the Val d’Agri Lagonegrese Park and a few meters from Lake Pertusillo and the excavations of Grumentum, one of the most important Roman cities in southern Italy.

The presence of picturesque views combined with the hospitality and authenticity of the products offered make a stay at the farmhouse pleasing and enjoyable for people of all ages. From here, one can leave to enjoy many activities including sport fishing at Pertusillo Lake, trekking or walks with horses along the many trails through the park, paragliding, basic or advanced level climbing.

For every need, the family and staff will be at the total disposal of guests. Also planned is the opportunity to visit the farm and also to actively participate in agricultural processes.

You will be able tobook lunches and dinners at our restaurant, which offers local and authentic cuisine in which you will enjoy meats, cold cuts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, honey and jams, and red wine, all cooked with passion by Mrs. Teresa.
