This page describes the methods of managing the site with reference to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. It is an information that is also made pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 to those who interact with the services of our website, accessible electronically. The information is made only for our site and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links. The information is also inspired by recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the group established by art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of online personal data, and, in particular, the methods, times and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to Users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purposes of the connection.

Place of data processing and purposes
The treatments connected to the web services of this site take place at the aforementioned headquarters and are curated only by personnel in charge of the treatment, or by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is communicated (if not subject to the consent of the interested parties) or widespread. Personal data provided by users who submit requests for sending information material through registration in the appropriate section (newsletters, promotions, relationships, initiatives, communications, acts and measures, etc.) are used for the sole purpose of carrying out the service or provision request and are not communicated to third parties, except in cases in which explicit consent is required and obtained, nor disseminated in any case.
Types of data processed
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures in charge of the operation of this website acquire, during their normal exercise, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These are information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and associations with data held by third parties, allow to identify users. This category of data includes the IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Site, the addresses in URI notation (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in subjecting the Request from the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the state of the response given by the server (good end, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the IT environment used by the user. These data are used, possibly, to the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The optional, explicit and voluntary e -mail sending to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data entered in the letter. Specific summary information will be gradually reported or displayed in the pages of the site prepared for particular services on request (for example connections to this information).
COOKIES
No personal data from users is acquired by the site. Cookies are not used for the transmission of personal information, nor are the so -called Persistent cookies of any kind, i.e. systems for tracking users. The use of c.d. session cookies (which are not persistently stored on the user’s computer and vanish with the closure of the browser) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe exploration and efficient site. The so -called Session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other IT techniques potentially prejudicial to the confidentiality of users’ navigation and do not allow the acquisition of personal identification data of the user.
Faculty of data provision
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide the personal data shown in the forms on the site to solicit the sending of information material or other communications. Their failure to confer can involve ‘impossibility of obtaining what is requested. Please note that any personal data is conferred only if there is explicit consent from the “navigator”.
Method of treatment
Personal data are treated mainly with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illegal or incorrect uses and unauthorized access.
Rights of the interested parties
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or ask for its integration or update, or rectification (art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003). Pursuant to the same article, there is the right to request the cancellation, the transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment. Requests should be addressed to the data controller.
