Vacation home ‘Aunt Lucia’
The newly renovated house is located in the heart of the town’s historic center, and is spread over two floors:
-The living area, located on the ground floor, consisting of a large living area , kitchen , dining area, wood-burning oven, small outdoor relaxation area and service bathroom.
-The sleeping area ,accessible by an internal staircase, consisting of 2 double and 1 twin rooms plus a sofa bed and toilet facilities.
the house is accessible by car.
The space
The view of Sirino, the roaring of the Sciaura and Maglia rivers, unspoiled greenery, and expanses of beans sum up the sensations of staying in Sarconi. The majesty of Sirino, Mount Viggiano and the Maglia and Sciaura rivers serve as a backdrop to the small village in the upper Agri Valley where the ‘ Aunt Lucia’ Holiday House is located.
Sarconi has the merit of being a strategic point to reach the major historical-cultural-religious and scenic points of interest in the valley in a short time.
The house does not have private parking; however, you can easily park in nearby authorized public areas.
The masonry structure dating back to the last century ensures natural air conditioning of the rooms during the summer, during the cold season heating is, however, provided by an efficient pellet stove and an autonomous heating system.
